Hometown Go is a local food and grocery delivery service that connects customers with their favorite restaurants, grocery stores, and small businesses in the community. We offer fast and reliable deliveries at affordable rates.

1️⃣ Place an order on our website (HometownGO.com).
2️⃣ Select a vendor and provide your order details.
3️⃣ Make payment via payment link (select cash/card on form).
4️⃣ We notify the vendor, and a driver picks up your order.
5️⃣ The driver delivers your order straight to your door!

Simply visit our website at HometownGO.com, choose a vendor, fill out the order form, and submit your request. We'll take it from there!

Yes! We require payment at checkout to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering process. Once you submit your order, you will be sent a payment link. Payments can be made via:
✔️ Credit/Debit Card (via Square/Stripe)
✔️ PayPal
✔️ Apple Pay / Google Pay
✔️ Cash
Please note, cash payments are only available to recurring customers. New customers MUST pay with debit/credit for first time orders.

Yes! Drivers greatly appreciate tips. You can tip through the payment portal or in cash upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact ccarson@kyhometowngo.com within 30 minutes of delivery. We’ll work with the vendor to resolve the issue.

Yes! After placing your order, you’ll receive text updates as your order progresses. You’ll also get a notification when the driver is on the way.

Yes! If you need catering or large group orders, contact us at ccarson@kyhometowngo.com for special arrangements.

Once your order is submitted, we process your order details to ensure we get it exactly how you want it. Once we've confirmed all the details, you are sent a payment link via text messages or email. Once you've received the payment link, follow the prompts to initiate and complete your payment!

What if the restaurant I'm searching for isn't on the website?
If you do not see the restaurant you're searching for on our site, don't worry! Simply complete the ordering form. Once it asks for your restaurant selection, you have the option to input manually what restaurant you'd like to order from. Please note, however, that we only deliver for restaurants that are in the London and Corbin, Kentucky area. If you are still unsure if the restaurant is in range, please call either the phone number, or send a message to the email found in the Contact page.
